I believe that true mastery - whether in sport, mindset, or life - is about refining both skill and awareness. My work is dedicated to helping individuals tap into their full potential by combining archery, neuroscience-based training, and personal development.

My passion for mental mastery began in 2015 when I observed a winning athlete - not just her equipment or technique, but how she carried herself. That single moment reshaped my understanding of performance. It set me on a path of deep exploration, leading me to podium finishes and, ultimately, a lifelong commitment to learning and teaching the mental aspects of peak performance.

As the founder of X10 Archery Academy, I’ve spent many years coaching athletes at every level. Archery is an incredible training ground for mind mastery, and I love helping people develop the focus and inner clarity that translates far beyond the sport.

I’m also passionate about making high-performance training and knowledge more accessible. Whether it’s developing coaches, writing grants to create new opportunities, or designing tools that help athletes sharpen their mindset, I’m always looking for ways to bridge the gap between science and performance in practical, actionable ways.

My journey has taken me through leadership roles in nonprofit management, coaching, and strategic development, but at my core, I’m a problem-solver and a systems thinker. That mindset extends beyond coaching - whether I’m fine-tuning training methodologies or experimenting with signal propagation as a ham radio operator, I’m fascinated by how frequency, focus, and flow shape performance, communication, and even human potential.

I believe that performance is about more than just physical ability, that training the mind is as important as training the body, and that expanding access to knowledge empowers people to grow in unexpected ways, then let’s connect.
