About
Lynda, a British national and permanent US resident, has been heavily involved in archery since 2010, when she bought her first compound bow, and got involved in the 3D circuit and bow hunting community. She started volunteering for the Pearland Archery Club in early 2011, and quickly became the club coach, turning the club into a USA Archery JOAD program.
Lynda was certified as a Level 2 instructor in October 2011, Level 3 NTS Coach in February 2014, and Level 4 NTS Coach in December 2015. In June 2014, she certified another coach to run the Pearland program and followed her passion to become a full-time archery coach.
It wasn't too long before the opportunity arose for Lynda to take over a building that was once a well known archery range, with a rich history. Lynda and her team transformed the look, ambiance and culture into what is now known as X10 Archery, Academy, a non-profit organization specializing in archery education.
Lynda is a Jeep and motorcycle enthusiast, loves music, gardening, ham radio (KI5JJL), and metaphysics.
